The apartments are in a beautiful location, high above the town of Colico, with views across Lake Como
The pictures of the building show apartments looking out onto a sunny garden. These apartments are there, but we were put in a dingy apartment around the back of the building, which received virtually no natural light and had no views. I would not book Villadina Farm again unless I could be sure that I was getting one of the front apartments.

We really enjoyed our time at lake como Italy but our holiday was made complete by the excellent villadina farm and it's owner Angelo. I would reccommend it to everyone ranging from families to young couples. The rooms were modern and really clean. My family consists of my two kiddies and my wife and the owner Angelo made our stay perfect. The BBQ area is brilliant and as long as you inform Angelo the BBQ is there for your use. We had a BBQ one night and invited Angelo who obliged by getting a roaring outdoor fire going and we sat back and relaxed with a bottle of local red wine and food. And if that wasn't enough when the evening turned to night the front garden area filled with hundreds and hundreds of fire flies or as my daughter says " fairies". We loved it at villadina farm and would reccommend it to everyone and we will definitely be going back to stay again.

Hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel provided a fabulous view of the lake. It was very easy to collaborate with the owner and as Americans he made us feel very welcome for our stay.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. There are signs up at varous points in the town to direct you to the hotel but it still wasn't easy to find.

The beautiful view of Come Lake and thwe overlying Mt Legnone, the proximity to the lake and the some well kwnon ski resorts such as Madesimo St. Moritz, and Piani di Bobbio, the relaxed atmosphere, the surrounding woods, the opportunity not having to use the car, the unforgettable bbq, make of Villa Dina an unique resort, where you go, whatever season, thanks to its strategic location, and the many amenities. I Love it.
